London is local

London is one of the most multicultural cities in the world and there is always something to get involved with. We welcome everyone to attend our day events in London and become a part of something great. From large-scale events to intimate gatherings, our events range from political debates and public consultation meetings to festivals, exhibitions and family-friendly celebrations.

There is so much to love in the capital and everyone should have a chance to enjoy what’s on their doorstep. Our new Make a date with London campaign highlights the fantastic things going on across London that you can get involved in.

Where you're local

Every London borough has an Assembly representative. They are part of a group of London Assembly members that hold the Mayor to account on their promises to Londoners.

If instead you are looking for your local council website or who your local councillor is then you will need to visit the government website to do this.

The Mayor's priorities

Mayor Sadiq Khan is driven by one main ambition – to make it possible for all Londoners to have the opportunity to get on in life, to fulfil their potential and to not just survive, but to thrive.

If you'd like to get involved on how we work on our priorities then explore Talk London. Talk London is City Hall’s online community. It is where you can have your say on big issues and help shape our plans and policies.
